Welcome of the participants and subdivision in the two groups (road and on-off)

Two different paths:
- Road group: ride on asphalt among the Chianti hills and stop for an aperitif in Siena in Piazza del Campo
- ON-OFF group: Mixed route with selected dirt sections
23:30 | Arrival in Poggio San Polo
