Registration Confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse registration if the amount indicated in “booking form” It has not been fully paid by 10 days from the event, the non-payment of the balance by the deadline results in the deregistration and allows organization of the event to retain the amounts paid as a deposit of the cost of the event and the services connected to it.
Cancellation and insurance
Registration fees and overnight stays are not refundable in any way, the organization takes out travel insurance for each participant, including reimbursement for cancellation, medical assistance , lost baggage that is activated upon registration for the trip.
